ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I officially opened our agency on June 1, 2024, but my roots with State Farm run much deeper as I spent over 18 years working in another agent’s office before launching my own. Today, I lead a small but passionate team of three full-time professionals who are dedicated to helping our clients protect what matters most.

As a second-generation State Farm agent who’s lived in Kent County my whole life, I’m deeply connected to this community. I’m an avid animal lover and actively support organizations like the SPCA, Grass Roots Rescue, and Piper’s Paws Rescue. Our agency also sponsors several local travel ball teams and partners with volunteer fire departments, reflecting our commitment to giving back.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lindsay Dougherty - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
